Rabia - that is tough ask. It is mainly maint for spiritual sadaks. For people like us who are engrossed in materialistic life - we can select simple saharanama japa, Geeta reciting etc. That is my personal opinion though. I am certainly not discouraging, we never know individual sadak's tapaha shakti.
I totally understand what you are saying Arvind. I am also certain the complex parts or complete dedicated upasana on this book will be hard to follow with our kind of living.
But that said, there are few things, beautiful practical things also woven into these verses (Acharya’s mercy to us) which we certainly can try to incorporate.
e.g seeking satsang, establishing in devotion,surrender,reflecting on Mahavakyas, live contentedly with what you have etc. thanks to the guidance from our teachers, they cherry picked these for us householders 😊

Yes! I try to follow this tiny book of 5 verses as much as possible Arvind. Commentary by Pujya Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda.
