Very beautiful piece Rabia, loved reading it today. That “sparkle in the eyes” perhaps deep down we all have, just that we lose it playing ping-pong of greed, ego, anger, etc., with the world.
The Shrimad Bhagavatam has beautiful teachings around the bee 🐝 (madhukar: the honey maker). The bee takes tiny bits from the entire world, it works its whole life, hardly resting, and all that without owning anything for itself & accumulating it only to be eventually taken by others.
Perhaps that Gardenia was a gift from the bees, which in turn became a gift for the gardener to eventually gift it to God…. 🙏🏾
Thanks Rabia, so you are living up to the expectation of polymath ;). So beautiful and keep up your short story experiments, IDK, this is first story I read, it came out really well. Thank you.
Oh my God Arvind polymath is a big word 😁. When I think about a polymath, I think about great people like Swati Thirunal. But I am thankful for the appreciation and kindness of it. Yes, I plan to write more short stories ☺️
Work politics is the absolute worst, so i completely feel Meera's frustration here. seeing Raghav get so hyped over a tiny white petal is just the sweetest wholesome contrast though.. loved reading this Rabia..🥰
Thank you Priyanshu. How are you so awesome, reading all your subscribers' posts?
The work thing resonates with a lot of people I know including myself and the gentle side of a man is so underrated these days. I wanted to bring them both back to our world ❤️
Haha thank you and to be honest i’m just here to read good writing and scribble down my own thoughts whenever I can, so following along with posts like this is the best part. You brought out both those themes so naturally in the story..❤️
You are becoming more profound by the minute. I love reading your thoughts.
Thank you Prommila ✨
needed to read this today. :)

Truly a beautiful piece. Keep writing more 🙏🏾 🙏🏾
Thank you AJ ☺️. So nice of you to share the reflection on bees. We know most things but we forget, or rather the world makes us forget.
Meera is worried about money and career and Raghav is watching caterpillars and talking to himself ? 😬 nothing wrong though reverse gender roles ❤️
🙏🏽
Beautiful story and a dreamy couple plus a very important lesson 🫶🌷💕
Thank you,🤩 Swati. Surely it was easy to write but harder to practise.

So happy to read this. I don't think I have received a more beautiful compliment for writing Vishal.
Keep Writing... All the best!
The special Indian nod is talked about a lot outside of India. These little moments at home aren’t! Beautifully written!
